  I really can't rave enough about this place. I found flooring that (I thought) I liked from a different company. I called here looking for it because the other company couldn't help me. I spoke with Jaylene who was so knowledgeable and so helpful. She came out to measure, did some research and realized that the flooring I was looking at was the entirely wrong type for the space and I would have issues. She could have just made the sale but instead worked to ensure I had a quality product and that it would work in the long term. They then got it installed really quickly. The installers were excellent and so precise. They cleaned everything and left my beautiful floor spotless!! I highly recommend this company!!!

  West Coast Flooring (Vista) did a fantastic job with our laminate. Woody helped us pick out the perfect product. He also offered advice on the baseboards and direction the floor should lay. It turned out so pretty. The installers also did an amazing job. They were detail oriented, friendly, and so hard working. Overall, I highly recommend!

  We have lived in Shadowridge for 25 years. Recently we made the decision to remodel our home and started the search for flooring. We looked at the usual suspects, Home Depot, Floor and Decor, Lowe’s, Rayo wholesale…. One day I remembered driving past West Coast flooring on the 78 and decided to make the short drive to visit showroom. Turns out to be a great decision. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff and met Woody. He assisted us in our search and 1/2 an hour later we were out the door with samples to check in our home.. my wife made her choice and a quick call to Woody put everything in motion. Within 2 days we were measured, given a great quote, and had an installation date set. Woody handled everything and we are very happy with our new floors. Awesome installation. The installers were friendly, efficient and professional. I strongly recommend West Coast flooring.

  We had a great experience working with Woody. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to answer all of our questions and clearly explained the differences between various flooring brands. Woody even let us borrow plenty of samples so we could take our time deciding. He was also very responsive and quick to come out for measurements, and he genuinely helped us get the best price possible—even though we were getting multiple quotes. What really stood out was that he was never pushy; instead, he encouraged us to take our time and simply reach out if we had any questions. Because of his honesty, professionalism, and customer-first approach, we ultimately chose to work with Woody. Highly recommend!
