He was the most professional technician I’ve had to work on our home on over 25 years. Besides being as personable as he was professional, he thoughtfully laid out all my options, including some that would have sent me elsewhere do repairs. Once I chose to let him do the work he was finished in 3 hours, complete water heater swap including meticulous cleanup of work areas. He truly left our house cleaner and in better shape than when he arrived.
