The technician, Gustavo Gutierrez, explained how this places an additional stressor on my system (different than the allergy exacerbation concern most technicians bring up when trying to sell you the UV light/air scrubber system.). That finally sold me—if it makes my system last longer before needing to replace it, it’s worth the cost. And I even got a little discount for the longevity of my ASI client membership!

We also had a minor problem with the toilet which he just quickly adjusted and fixed while he was here. I liked that he was very polite and thorough in his communication with us. We received an emailed estimate quickly that contained a menu of services that would address our issues. Very efficient!

He not only checked my heating system completely but he also took the time to explain what he was doing in “Layman’s” term so I could understand. I really appreciate his service on taking care of my heater and making sure that it was working properly. Jose was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He unclogged my bathroom sink using a portable handheld snake in about 10 minutes. Best of all, ASI had a drain special promotion and the cost was only $57.00. Best deal in town! Thank you ASI. I would highly reccomend Jose and ASI for your plumbing needs.

They took the time to explain what was causing the issue, walked us through their process, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. Their attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right really stood out. It’s rare to find technicians who combine skill with such great customer service. Thanks to Pedro and Aric, our drains are flowing perfectly again, and we have peace of mind knowing everything was inspected thoroughly.
