The technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always leave the place spotless. They always email and text when they are on their way. Last month we went to their "customer appreciation barbeque" for the first time. It was awesome and so delicious! Great to meet the staff we talk to over the phone, as well as the entire crew. They have these every October and April. Imagine: quality work, reasonable prices, and then they feed you twice a year!!

From the install crew to service technicians, everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and treats your home like it was their own.

The service technician Jorge arrived on time, was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was given the option of fixing the unit or replacing it. I chose the later as I have had too many problems with this old unit in the past. A new HVAC proposal was soon emailed to me and their service representative Jessica answered all my questions and coordinated everything. She is a joy to work with!! The installation process was quick and stress free! Their technician Steve explained everything in its operation. I can now enjoy my summers with a new, quiet, efficient HVAC system. Thank you Superior Air!!!
