The technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always leave the place spotless. They always email and text when they are on their way. Last month we went to their "customer appreciation barbeque" for the first time. It was awesome and so delicious! Great to meet the staff we talk to over the phone, as well as the entire crew. They have these every October and April. Imagine: quality work, reasonable prices, and then they feed you twice a year!!

Superior Air was out first thing in the morning and repaired my unit in 15 minutes! In the AC business experience counts!
