I'm not sure if they're mining for personal data, or if they're just having issues coordinating service in the Bakersfield area, but do not try to utilize them.

And then if you actually use their services, they charge like $80 for the technician to be on your roof for 10 minutes. That’s if you want to call them technicians, because they definitely are trained salesmen and scammers, trying to actively build rapport so they can sell you $10,000 in parts you DONT NEED, but they will scare you into thinking you do. I wouldn’t have left this review if you ‘people’ hadn’t called me everyday for months using a robot voice. How disrespectful. Maybe try putting the customer first and stop focusing on making boatloads of money off vulnerable people ? I recommend everyone seek out more local and down to earth repair men. Dont give money to scammers who will just build a massive business and push everyone else out.
