I was called the day before and was just lucky that I was off work the following day. When you make these appointments 6-12 months in advance, I don’t remember them. A more advanced notice would be good. Another issue is being called by several of your staff with no caller ID. Only one of the calls showed Comfort Now. One said Lee’s Air. I get many scam callers and do not usually answer these calls. Isn’t there a way for your employees to have a phone with an ID of Comfort Now? I was given 3 different times that Francisco could arrive. One person gave me 2 times in the same phone call. Frustrating.
