They explained the process each day and worked around an important work call from my home office. Their employees were professional and completed the work in a timely manner. No excuses of "I was on another job" (aka surf's up) like I've gotten from other local contractors. I would 100% recommend TriCounty for HVAC services.

They arrived exactly on time and were very professional and polite. They quickly diagnosed the issue. I really appreciated that they took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. They were very neat and tidy, putting down drop cloths and cleaning up completely after the job was done. Thanks to their expertise, my HVAC system is running perfectly again. I highly recommend Tri County for their reliable, honest, and efficient service. I will definitely be calling them for all my future HVAC needs!

I disputed the charges since they didn’t complete the electrical set up and I had to pay someone else to fix their mess up. They also lied to me and gave me different equipment I ordered. Beyond disgusting!!! Don’t recommend at all!!! By the way they charged me an extra $1000 just to come next day and for electrical and they didn’t complete the job!!!! ZERO stars if I could!
