First, the service operator said a project manager would be calling me shortly…. 30 minutes went by. I decided to call again to clarify when I should expect the call. Then the so-called “project manager” called (maybe 15 minutes after that) and said that he didn’t have anyone available at that hour (reasonable based on weekend day and hour of the night ), and that I should expect a call the following morning at 8:30 a.m. Here we are 3 days later and I have yet to hear from them. Please don’t bother, definitely not a reliable company.
