  I received a message about their promotional flush cleaning for water heaters. I instantly booked for it. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and quick with the cleaning. I really appreciate how the dispatcher was able to communicate quickly for any questions or concerns. I will definitely use this company again for any of my air or water heater issues, concerns, and maintenance. Thanks again!

  About a year and a half ago, Fleetwell installed my HVAC system. Everything worked fine at first, but a few weeks ago, after it rained, I noticed water leaking from the HVAC supply vent inside my house. A roof inspection confirmed the issue wasn’t from the roof but from the HVAC system itself. I contacted Fleetwell right away and requested a repair. It has now been over two weeks, but no technician has been scheduled yet, and my calls have been transferred multiple times without any clear answer. I just want someone to take a look and help resolve the problem. Also, I had scheduled an HVAC maintenance appointment for April 7, 2024, but unfortunately, no one showed up that day, and I didn’t receive any message to reschedule. I’m writing this review to share my honest experience so far. I truly hope Fleetwell will respond and fix this issue soon. If they do, I’ll gladly update this review to reflect their efforts and the final result. I believe in giving companies a fair chance to stand behind their work — I just hope Fleetwell will take that opportunity here. (I’ll continue to update this post if there’s any progress.)

  They installed a new AC. I am a single female. I relied on the info, trusted and believed the info I received. They informed me they would pull a city permit for city inspection after completion. They placed that item into the estimate. After the work was done, I discovered they did not pull the permit for the city inspection, after informing me it would be illegal to do so, and they omitted the item from my final invoice. They are dishonest and illegal. I filed a complaint with the State License Board.

  Victor, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did the necessary check up and then gave me all the pertinent information. I will definitely use them again.
