After problem was explained about door opener conversion kit, he explained what a service call covered and the cost but seemed to know nothing about the Genie kit or how to troubleshoot. Told him a new opener motor may be tbe way to go since mine was so old. He agreed and left. No service done.

Customer service was very quick and communicative from start to finish. We were in no rush, but the door took some time as it was a custom door. It was worth the wait. Installation by Andrew was smooth. He was very friendly and professional. He was punctual, he explained the features, answered my questions and was very thorough. He left our garage as he found it, no mess after installation. We are very happy with our decision to go with Right Way and would recommend to others. We have good quality product with features we didn't have before which are very convenient.

The technician Trenton was professional and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Trenton diagnosed the problem quickly. I could see Trenton was skilled; Once he explained what he needed to do he immediately went to work and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The technician showed up in a company van that was fully stocked with all of the tools and parts needed to complete the job. Would highly recommend RWG.

But when Cole showed up for the consultation, it soon became clear that he was the most knowledgeable of the reps we met with. He spent considerable time explaining all our options and worked with our limited budget to find a solution. Right Way’s bid was competitive and transparent, and Cole’s quick responses to our many follow up texts made our decision easy. The installation was handled by Antonio, who did an outstanding job. (We are impressed that one person was able to handle the task so smoothly.) Antonio worked diligently, left the site clean, and thoroughly explained how to use our new doors before leaving. As an added bonus, everyone we dealt with at Right Way, from sales rep to project manager to installer, was professional and genuinely nice to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality garage door service.
- DEDamon EOct 28, 20251.0Recently called because the wall mount door opener stopped working. Was told I would get a free estimate. They arrived and began testing and confirmed the part needed. A simple swap for a $52.00 part. They told me they also needed to do a annual inspection while they were here. Sounds goods. The individual looked around and then sprayed silicone spray on various parts of the door. Then they show me the bill. It was $393.00 After negotiating and signing up for a membership that I was told I could cancel at any time with no issues I got the bill down to $199.97 and a 12 month commitment for a $9.99 membership that I have to pay to cancel. It's a scam. There was no free estimate prior to work. There was no notification about the inspection. We just had it installed in the past couple years so some companies perform a check for free as part of their service. The individuals became hostile when I said I was owed a free estimate before work was done. Do not work with this company especially for repairs or follow up service. I called the company and after talking to a receptionist I was forwarded to a manager and had to leave a voice-mail. I have yet to hear back. The receptionist was unhelpful other than listening to my complaint. Also the wiring on the mount is all twisted up and ugly. Doesn't look professional at all. Buyer beware.
