Everyone at Right Way Garage Doors was wonderful, from the office staff to Sr. Sales Rep. Ken Trexler, who came to my house with his office/showroom-on-wheels. I, especially, want to thank P-Omego Doe who, single handedly, removed the heavy old door and hardware and installed the new door and opener. He was punctual, polite, and respectful. He made sure everything was swept and removed all debris from the installation. He went over everything with me and answered any questions. *I recommend the double wall insulation. It's made a big difference!

Time is valuable and it’s great to see this company values communication. Connor was very professional and explained the issues with our garage door and offered recommendations. The price for the springs and installation was more than we expected but we decided to got for it since this was our 2nd repair. Connor was very efficient and got our garage door fixed in about an hour.

I was given a two hour window for a free response and evaluation. Within 10 minutes I received a text that Ben was responding along with his photo. He called shortly after and said he was 15 minutes out. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call on Christmas eve. Ben pointed out the problem of a broken spring immediately. He gave a reasonable quote with a Veterans discount to upgrade both springs, straighten rollers, lube, and adjust without any pressure. Ben was very professional, clean, and explained what he was doing while he worked on the door and opener. I couldn't be more satisfied of his job. I would use Right Way again if needed but believe his work will keep for years to come.
