  Had an excellent experience in person Purchasing carpet. Mate walked me through several options of carpet and padding they had in store as well ordering options. They were able to meet my deadline of getting the carpet installed prior to our household items arriving. They also were able to get be the best price for our budget. The individual who installs for them was professional, and also was able to squeeze our install in. Thank you team.

  Appointment is required. I got lucky and they were able to help me last minute. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Explained my options to ensure I purchased a product I would like.

  I got to experience amazing and superior customer service with Ken. I was in a jam and called several flooring companies and found M&D Flooring and spoke to Ken. I spoke to him at 5:15pm and he arrived at my house at 5:45pm to give me a free estimate to install laminated vinyl tiles. He was also honest and his quote was very reasonable! I had to go with another company because I needed the job done within 48 hours but I will definitely use M&D Flooring because of their customer service, honesty, and friendly communication.

  M&D Carpets and Flooring, Five Stars!! December 2019. (Homeless) in Winters, CA, for about two and a half months. Living in the back of my 2008 White Toyota Pickup with a camper shell. Weather's changing. It's getting colder and rain coming into the pickup. I've been sleeping on a old thin, worn, wet, smelly carpet. I went to M&D Carpets and Flooring in Vacaville, CA. Told the front desk salesperson of my situation. Just looking for a scraped 5'x6' piece of carpet to put into the back of the truck. The salesperson took me to the back of the store. Looked around. Then pulled out a nice scraped 6'x10' piece of carpet. To my surprise! He charges me $10 for the scraped carpet! Also got a scraped carpet padding for just $5. Thank You M&D Carpets and Flooring! Now sleeping on a new clean padded carpet. Thank You!
