JMK Garage Doors is now proud to be part of the Besser Garage Doors family! We are a family-owned and operated business established in 1980 serving Rancho Cucamonga and beyond. We are a full-service garage door company that offers sales, service, and repairs on residential and commercial overhead garage doors and openers including Liftmaster. All of our installation and service work is done by our own employees, who are trained and certified for garage door installations and repairs. We do not sub-contract our work, nor do we pay piece work—we want to ensure our valued customers a more complete and higher quality job. Established in 1980!

Deshaun changed out my spring and also made adjustments to my door opener and installed new rollers which was causing the added friction to the whole unit. Deshaun was in and completed in about 35 minutes. Absolutely wonderful job Deshaun did for me. Deshaun you are welcome at my house anytime! Thanks! good job! - SSShaun SmithDec 30, 20252.0Nearly $800 to change the springs on a standard 2 car garage door! This company also charges a $65 fee just to assess what is wrong, even when I told them over the phone it’s a busted spring and they couldn’t give me an estimate because they have to see the job (really, been in business for 30 years and they can’t figure out a range for replacement springs)! This company takes advantage of people in a tight spot that need the garage fixed quickly, so they charge nearly triple the price of other companies. If I wasn’t in such a hurry or would have seen the price before scheduling I would definitely used someone else. This is no longer JMK, they were bought out by another company Besser which is owned by a private equity firm Trivest) and their prices are now outrageous, so all of those positive reviews were from another company. Another Wall Street firm trying to steal from the middle class. The only reason they got two stars instead of one is because their technician was professional, courteous, and did the job right. I encourage everyone to start putting the price they paid for their service in their reviews to get some transparency going about this company and their predatory practices.

- TAT ADec 16, 20255.0I was contacted by CHRIS, a man with 35 years experience. I wasn’t at the location, but he did call me and explain in detail the issues. He told me he could simply replace a broken part, but offered other options. The garage is about 40 years old, so I had him complete a premium service. It was about $1700 but replaced most if not all of the mechanical parts including the springs. I would recommend this company, I used them when they were JMK and now they are part of Bissell as JMK sold the company. Chris did a good job, my man on scene said it worked like new.
