The owner (Behshad) and his technicians (Henry, Hector, and we don't remember the other technician's name) were all great with communications, scheduling and promptness. They all genuinely care about pleasing their customers. The price seemed reasonable, and they followed through with their quote. I would highly recommend this business for furnace repairs or new installations.

So far very impressed with South County Air Services. After Installation Update: All three installers (Hector, Jose and Enardo) were very professional, did excellent work and were truly a pleasure to work with. Being an engineer I am particular about how things are done and after a close inspection I am very pleased with all of the work they performed. They also install American Standard brand equipment which is considered one of the best available. During the installation we ran into a snag due to my attic opening being about a half inch under the standard size. However they were able to open it to the standard size and even replaced the beat up piece of drywall that used to cover the entrance with a proper attic entry which looks (and seals) much better. The crew was able to replace our 5 ton ac and attic mounted furnace in a single day. They used tarps to cover the carpet and left the house as clean as it was prior to them starting. Once they finished they explained how the system works and what to expect since this system uses a heat pump for the outdoor ac unit. The new system is much quieter than our last and I couldn't be more pleased with South County Air Services. Looking forward to working with them in the future for annual preventative maintenance.
