They failed to pull the city permit which they charged me for and legally required to do it. The so called 24 hour service is nothing more than an off site receptionist that only takes messages. Im told the person I need to speak to doesnt come in until 11 am. I regret using the company to install my new AC and it still doesnt work properly. There is no manager or supervisor in charge. Don't be fooled by their top notch sales person named Scott Hardy. He is beyond excellent. But once they get your money, you're done for.
