- DKDavid KeenanApr 6, 20211.0Their website didn't explain specifically what can be dropped off and what can't (I had random things such as dead NiMH batteries with taped terminals, old 12V cooling blowers about 3 inches square, a surge protector, and an old mobile phone). The woman behind the desk spoke softly into her mask rather than through it, and had the window slid shut. She handed me a brochure but didn't really explain it too well, and I ended up driving to a facility that wasn't open. The website needs to have the information out front, and if you're talking to a customer, talk THROUGH the mask and not just whisper into it.
