Burkell Plumbing is highly qualified in all aspects of the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) business. We do both residential and commercial work in plumbing, heating & air conditioning, air filtration, radiant heating, tankless water heaters, and solar hot water. We take care of all plumbing and heating service phases, repair, remodeling, and high-end construction work.

He was very knowledgeable of the operation of the furnace and made sure to double (and triple) check that it is now operating properly. He also answered my questions regarding wifi connection of the thermostat. We were impressed with his expertise, customer service and friendly/helpful attitude. Thank you Ever and Burkell!

He was very friendly and courteous, explained what he was doing, and left everything neat and tidy—just as he found it. The price was very respectable, especially for a holiday visit. Overall communication was excellent. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend Rolf and Burkell Plumbing.

When I called BurkellPlumbingOffc to discuss, their secretary yelled at me over the phone. Then I called Burkell Plumbing customer serivce which is now in South Africa. (FYI: Burkell Plumbing was a family-owned business for many years before Jake/New Owner took over and made these changes.) The Burkell Plumber said to me at my house - "I fixed the leak but the toilet won't work any more." So I asked him if he could give me a discount to get the toilet working again; he checked with Jake/New Owner who said "No." He informed me I would have to pay another $400-$500 for a new toilet. (FYI: this price was back in 2023 - I tried with multiple calls/emails to resolve, but Jake/New Owner gave me "No we won't" replies.) I write this now because I ran into a Burkell Truck in front of Goodmans Hardware Store, explained what happened, and the driver said I could try to take this issue up again. I am very upset about Burkell Plumbing's treatment of me: under original, family ownership, they were reliable/respectful to my parents; but now, under their New Owner/Jake, they diss me👩 And MY TOILET DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. (FYI: I also showed my bill at the local municipal water authority who said, "It does seem awfully high.") #BurkellPlumbing=#TurdwellPlumbing 🚽💩💩💩
