He was careful with his work and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. Caccia is on the pricey side but I think they are worth every penny!

I called Caccia Plumbing and explained what happened. They had initially set our appointment for a week out. When I expressed my concerns about a fire the woman with whom I was speaking told me she would call back. Not more than a minute went by when we received a phone call. The appointment was set for the next day. Ed shows up on time, accessed the problem and fixed it quickly. Woukd I call them back. You bet I would. Thank you Ed and Caccia Home Services.
- EEElisaNov 14, 20255.0Christian and his team were fantastic, and wow was Christian right about diagnosing the problem - a vey clogged up and leaking drain deep inside the tiny crawl space under our home. They got three people out to our home within an hour to do the work. It was a big job and I am sure uncomfortable to work for hours in the crawl space. Friendly and reliable!
- KDkathleen Dore'Oct 24, 20251.0Gentlemen our concern is that fixing the leak in the one toilet never got completed. There was an automatic fill valve which was replaced, but the plunger at the bottom was also new but it leaks. Your company did two of our toilets previously, and we expected the same results. Looking at the other two toilets we see that the flapper valve was replaced differently with different Mechanism. I would think if someone is coming out to a job when you're giving the job description they would look up the previous service call and know what has to be done. Here we are with a leaking toilet that has been paid for and we were told that possibly we might be able to for another 50 or hundred dollars get it fixed. This is not a reputable company and this is not a reputable. This is not an adequate response so at this point you have money and we have a toilet that's not been fixed. This does not even impact the other three items that we wanted to have repaired or replaced so we are definitely in limbo and as it goes right now, Caccia is done at our house.
