- JRJustine RoachOct 24, 20251.0Beware of The Sliding Door Repair Company. They overcharge and do poor repair work. We hired them to fix a glass sliding door in our toddler’s bathroom. We purchased a warranty and spent over $400 dollars. They didn’t fix the door properly (they put in cheap plastic parts that fell off immediately). It took dozens of phone calls and emails before a repairman retuned the first time and then when the door failed again they tried claiming the overpriced warranty didn’t cover the repairs. We had to pay another repairman to fix it. They wouldn’t refund us and ignored our emails. Also they lied and said a part is no longer in production and the other repairman immediately found it and repaired the door.
