- SPSean PNov 11, 20255.0Thanh was super responsive. He was able to come out within an hour on a Friday afternoon to check out our water heater issue. We had the replacement work done the very next day, and all was done quickly and the install of the new heater issue very clean. All work consisted of the new water heater install, with new supply lines, earthquake strapping, drip pan, haul away of old water heater install, and 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

He listened, looked at our shower control and was able to remove a handle where the set screw was destroyed and corrosion had made removal without more specialized tool impossible. Fast, knowledgeable and fair. Great job.
