- EIErik IvancicJan 2, 20265.0I called J & M Air Conditioning & Heating for my electrical tankless water heater within my ADU. Jose was able to come out the first day and diagnose the issue, in city returning the second day to repair it. This was the day before New Year’s Eve, and I was very happy that the company came through for me and got the work done on the electric tankless water heater. Jose Noted that my prior contractor did not build a relief valve system, which meant it was out of building code compliance. Jose was able to bring it back into compliance and fix the problem the next day. I would highly recommend using Jose and his company. I felt the price was a little expensive, but I need the repair done ASAP and it was New Year’s Eve

He explained the problem, was able to get us under warranty, and get the part out and installed all in one day. He also gave us tips on how to care for our AC unit during the summer and on better air filters.
- JMJuanita MC.Dec 29, 20255.0Technician Gilbert Vasqez was extremely helpful in setting my Nest thermostat. It was all out of sync. He fixed the settings and was very kmowledgable explaining it to me.He went beyond what I asked for and checked the furnace unit. Even cleaned the air filter. He also explained maintenance contract they offer which I will get in February and a possible simpler Thermostat. Your Technician was very well cordial and friendly. I'd give him a 10 for the great service experience.
