Our heater went out the night of December 23, so I called them Christmas Eve morning, having tried three other places first. I explained the situation to the dispatcher and Jose called me within half an hour to say he was on his way. Arrived promptly, investigated the situation, talking me through everything as he went, and had the problem resolved quickly, leaving me with helpful suggestions. Very reasonable price that was well worth it. They will be my first call from now on.
