Even more surprised when I called back to confirm some dimensional details and make a last minute change to the order. I'm not in the trades, but if I were, these folks would definitely be on my supplier list.

Unfortunately our sales person moved and several of the in house employees are gone, as well. Our new salesman is doing a good job for us, but the employees that they have now are rude, they don't stop playing around to help a customer and if you don't speak Spanish your lucky if you get helped at all. We have had these issues in all of the San Diego stores. We have been hoping that the situations would change, but it just seems to get worse. All I can thank is that management (district management) is unaware of how poorly their customer service is. Maybe they will read this and have a talk with their employees.If there isn't some improvement will be switching over to one of the many other Roofing Supply companies.
