They push water filtation system when you call them regarding different plumbing issues. The communication over the phone is very unclear and confusing. Neather written or electronic proposal was given, nor consent from the owner. I went to check on my rental property and and discovered an unwanted whole house water filtration system instead!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

They have responded on various plumbing issues in a timely manor on both properties. Recently I had two separate incidents on my investment property, one was with respect to the water heater on a Sunday and responded immediately and fixed the problem on Monday. The second was a furnace that had a gas leak which they address within the hour. All there techs are very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will continue to use there services in the future. John

Before starting, the guys did mention an offer about a $15/month charge for services--cancel anytime--which includes a water heater inspection/drain, as well as A/C inspection. The cost alone of doing those services are worth it...plus I received 10% off of my bill. John Dane and helper (cannot recall his name--sorry) came in and performed a hydrojet cleaning/clearing on my drain--what a mess! The guys cleared my drains, serviced my water heater, and cleaned up what appeared to be a substantial mess. Great work! After witnessing all the work--the bill was definitely worth it...and next day, when it poured--my yard was clear because all the water could drain off. Thanks again! Great work!

After I said that was way too high, he asked what I'd be willing to pay. I told him there's no way I'd pay more than $350, so he called his office and asked them if they'd accept that. The answer was no. These folks have a lot of great reviews, but in what universe is replacing a standard, relatively new Delta shower cartridge worth more than $350, much less $1,100? What's the hourly rate on that, $1,000 an hour? I called a different, reputable plumber and paid $285.
