After many years of paint inevitably chipping off the concrete, we did a grind of the surface to remove the paint, patching all the cracks and dips to even things out and my favorite part- the stain and seal!! It looks fresh while showing some character / history of the previous existing concrete. I am so pleasantly surprised by the stain!! I didn't know we could do that but he was inspired by another job he did recently. It is a warm sepia tone. I love the color and I am so happy not to deal with paint chipping ever again!! He always left the place clean and worked hours that accommodate my business.
