He rebuilt her toilet and replaced the water valve shutoff. We also spoke with Drake on the appointment setting team. He was able to get it done the same day for us with upfront pricing. Instead of putting the customer first, the owner has repeatedly made excuses and even changed his story. It’s disappointing and unprofessional to see a business operate this way. For example, the owner claimed his team never recommended certain products for us, and even stated: "the product is sold online, is designed for indoor garage floors only, and is not appropriate for outdoor surfaces." If that's true, why would his own team install the product outdoors on our front door patio? The explanation simply doesn't make sense and feels like an excuse to avoid accountability. His team showed us photos of what products to buy and told us to purchase them. I almost tripped and fell on numerous occasions, because of how slippery the epoxy was. He also denied ever having violations or suspensions, but later edited his response after being presented with screenshots proving otherwise. We reported him to the CSLB and they took our side because of all the evidence we had against Blake. That kind of behavior shows a lack of honesty and integrity (photos attached--just one of the many lies he made). Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company. They do not take responsibility, they change their stories, and they do not treat customers with the honesty and respect they deserve. Don’t do business with Blake. He is a liar, has violations which I attached (even though he claims he doesn’t), and has customers buy supplies so he is not held responsible. Very sad world we live in with owners like Blake.
