Dec 30, 2025 Update Review Added After Inspection:
Professionally done, now ready for inspection,
Jaguar Heating installed with perfection.
While visions of warm air started to appear,
In came Peter, inspector, calm and sincere.
He climbed to the attic, installation in sight,
Snapped photos, explained things, and set everything right.
He kindly advised me on an appliance with ease,
I cleaned and installed it avoiding tech fees.
He went above and beyond with my Ecobee in view,
Patiently telling me what it could do.
Adam, the Building Inspector, arrived with a grin,
And told me of stories that made my head spin.
Efficient and perceptive, he’d seen in the field,
Of rats making homes inside houses, though sealed.
Stories both interesting, cautionary and true,
Of addicts, of mischief, I had no clue!
Thank you, Mark, it's never in vain,
to take time for details you kindly explained.
Building rapport, you never hurried the pace,
Answered each question with knowledge and grace.
Sincere, calm, and patient right up to the day.
I signed the contract getting things in play.
And Mustafa, the owner fast at the helm,
Built this fine company, a well-run realm.
Leader and CEO running the show,
Managing employees from top to below.
With customer service that’s friendly and true,
Installers, inspectors—all knowing just what to do.
Inspections coordinated, smooth as can be,
Seamless for customers (especially me!).
When all was done, inspectors went on their way,
Onto the next house away in their sleigh.

3 Ton Zero Split Unit Installation before Xmas Eve
’Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house,
The HVAC was dead—not a click from a mouse;
The stockings were hung where the vents used to blow,
In hopes that the heat would soon start to flow.
The cat was nestled, shivering in its bed,
While visions of space heaters danced in my head;
When out on the driveway there rose such a clatter,
I sprang from the couch to see what’s the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
To see Jaguar Heating drive up in a dash.
More rapid than eagles, three installers they came,
And they whistled and shouted and I called them by name:
"Now, Ali! Now, Kazem! Now, Jawad and Mark!
On, heat pump! On, Condenser! Unload where you park.
So up to the attic the workmen they flew,
To remove the air handler, risers, and pans too!
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the hall came Ali with a clanking-good sound.
And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the floor,
The dragging of equipment right through the side door.
Kazem was in work clothes from his head to his foot,
And all very tarnished with insulation and soot;
A bundle of screw drivers he had flung on his back,
As he insulated each vent with supplies from his pack.
Ali’s eyes did squint! His knuckles were red.
From working in the attic that most people dread.
Taping the ducting, he did that above,
Without complaining and did it with love.
Jawad spoke not, soldering his task,
Just like he’d done many times in the past.
I laid my finger in front of the vent,
And waited for warmth—that was the intent.
The motor, it hummed! So quietly, it glowed,
And out of the vents, the warm air now flowed!
How happy I am that all went well,
With a team of experts who are all so swell.
They sprang to their trucks, the team gave a whistle,
And away they all drove like the down of a thistle.
I heard them exclaim, as they drove out of sight—
"Merry Christmas to all, and for you a warm night"
We recently worked with Jaguar heating for replacing our aging HVAC which was 15 years old. Our system, a Carrier model, was running at a lower efficiency which needed a Freon recharge once and then I replaced the outside compressor motor too and eventually it started to give up. One thing I learnt about HVACs is that no one wants to repair them and only replace it with a brand new system and all the repair costs for older systems are unreasonably high. For the new ones, I got quotes from many companies and Jaguar with their Rudd system was reasonably good and one more company was TRC-Heating. I eventually went with Jaguar due to timing and the model that was offered. The scheduling/finance option (no interest 18month from Wells-Fargo) was great, the installation was complete within few hours and the old system was hauled away. But before the personnel left, I had forgotten to take the pictures of old Nest thermostat and only to realize that the system would not turn off on a Friday evening. I called Jaguar but they were not available till next Monday and we all got severe headaches due to the no-stop fan. It was later found out that the incorrect (Ecobee) thermostat wiring had messed up the HVAC system that would turn the fan on when it finds a refrigerant leakage, although in our case it was in error. It took us next 3 weeks and several more visits to fix the errant HVAC module and the thermostat wiring. While everyone we interacted were professionals, the dragged out timeline left a rather unpleasant experience. I still recommend them but as a homeowner, do your due diligence, take photos of your system, wirings before the installation, ensure the system operations thoroughly before they complete the job and hope that everything would work well for next 15 years. Do note that beyond the HVAC model, installation is more important so choose your installer wisely. Our old model was a gas/electric model and the new Rheem model is a invertor based electric model and is 30% more efficient. Since the installation in August, our electric bill has significantly reduced, which is a plus.
