  I was really nervous but that ended right away. Ronnie, James, and Jacob made everything go smoothly. I felt so comfortable with them. They’re very trustworthy. It felt like hanging out with friends. 😊The job was completed and I’m really happy with it. I look forward to seeing them again with my future endeavors. Thanks guys and Habitat!! Happy Holidays! 🦃🎄🎉

  Returning Customer !! My shower valve/cartridge needed to be replaced; so I called "Always Affordable Plumbing & HVAC". I gave Michael O'Keefe a challenging job; given the age of my house; but with his skillset, dedication and pride in his work; he got it done with grace and class ! My shower is full operational and will be for yrs and yrs to come ! Thank you Michael O'Keefe for your devotion from start to finish; as your customer service is top notch and stands out among the best in class !

  I tried Always Affordable Plumbing and was very disappointed in how over priced they turned out to be. Michael diagnosed the problem causing the leaks and gave me several different options for what I could do. I chose replacement of the kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, and garbage disposal. He then went to Home Depot and purchased the pieces and came back and installed them. His whole time put in was 1pm to 5pm. Michael did a good job of diagnosis and installation. However, the price his company has him charge is way too much ($1,631). I should have had him do the diagnosis and then set an appointment for him to come back and install after I went shopping for the fixtures. That would have cost me $89 for the service call and $300 for the fixtures. It took him 2 hours to install and I don't think they could have reasonably charged more than $400 for that. That would have saved me $842. I will not use this company again. Expensive lesson learned.

  Two experiences, two dates, two jobs, two techs. First was acceptable, good work about average price. Second was terrible. I was requesting a kitchen leak possibly faucet replacement. I received the estimate via email since I was off site and my tenant met the tech. Estimate to replace kitchen faucet was $527.16. Couldn’t believe what I was reading. I declined the proposal outright, which the actual total was $656.16 because of the $129.00 service call gets tacked on even if you go forward with the proposed contract. Before I posted, which was at their request, I want to have my facts correct, so I researched the exact faucet they instal in the proposal. Cost for that identical faucet $28.95. So I don’t know that’s some pretty high labor to install one kitchen faucet….$627.21. I know the cost of doing business in California isn’t cheap. but it’s not that expensive. So I guess it’s a 50/50 chance on this company. I was satisfied once, unhappy with the second experience
