They asked me to measure the space and were able to give me an accurate quote over the phone. I called around 9 in the morning and was told they'd be here between 12 and 3, but sooner if possible. They arrived within an hour or so. The young man they sent was professional and personable. And quick. He cleaned up all the shards of shattered glass and installed the new glass. This is not the first time I've used this company. I've used them several times over the 26 years I've been in this house and have had a great experience every time.

I called to confirm and they told me they would have "their shower door guy" call me back on Thursday December 1st when he comes in. I did not receive a follow up call, so on December 6th I called again, they said they would look to see if they got my email and would call me back. I followed up again, just now, December 7th, and they said they cant find my email and if I could send it again. I told them, "You know what, this just seems way to complicated for you. Thank so much.". It would be really nice to get a return phone call instead of having to constantly follow up myself. We are a General Contractor and will reach out to other sources for the work.
