However this last time I called them out because the A/C was out. They came out and said I needed a new compressor and that it would cost thousands of dollars and then another thousand or so just for the refrigerant so i should just replace the whole unit. They had a 2nd worker come and he double checked the first guys work and said the compressor was busted and quoted me about $12,000 for a new unit. I had a second opinion done about a week later and these people had my a/c blowing and working just fine within 10min. Compressor was just fine. I really feel like i was taken advantage of and ruined my trust with them completely. Makes me wonder about the honesty of my past services with them. Not to mention I paid their diagnostic fee just to be swindled. Such a shame.

Before even seeing my A/C unit he immediately started trying to talk my wife into installing a $15,000 brand new system. When i arrived home i told him that i just wanted the compresser fan replaced as that was the only issue. He argued with me that a new system would be better and i told him no. He took the compresser fan out and left my A/C unit torn apart. He said he would order the part and return to fix it the next week. Its been a month and i have not been contacted by him at all. Not impressed with redding heating and air. Find a better company.

Very friendly, I'm very satisfied with his work. My comfort advice was TJ Stewart, for the mini split, the technicians were Chris and Carlos. They were very knowledgeable in very aspect. I couldn't be happier, that I chose Redding Heating and Air. Nice experience. And we are loving the Mini split so far.
