  Zachary listened to my concerns with trying to help my elderly parents with their heating unit and offered me 3 possible services that might help with their HVAC issues. He was courteous and helpful. I will recommend him and Redding Heating & AC, to my dad when he is out of the hospital. Thank you!

  We have had Tory came out to our home on several occasions. He has been consistently professional and very good at listening to our concerns and then providing us with options that were reasonable and made a lot of sense. He is also courteous and takes the time to listen which is appreciated during a time when we are spending a lot of money. He definitely is someone i would want representing my company.

  Nick, Michael, and Kyle were all friendly, respectful, and professional in the removal of our old HVAC system and installation of the new one. It was a large job, which they completed in two days. They provided a tutorial on how to use the new WiFi thermostats, and even added more insulation in the attic, up to R-30! Tory and Josh arrived the next day to do the finishing adjustments. They had a few challenges but didn’t stop until the job was complete. We now have a new, super quiet HVAC system that we hope will last for years to come.

  The whole crew from Redding Heating & Air from Nick (team lead), Tory, Austin, Michael, Christopher, Carlos, and Josh (install manager) did an outstanding job. Nick and Tory were very professional from start to finish, showed a strong work ethic, and clearly take pride in what they do. Tory Tyree went the extra mile to reassure our HVAC, tankless water heater, and whole house water filtration system installation was done right. I would highly recommend their services.

  3/23/26 Gabriel arrived on time, and was easy to talk with and attentive to details. (Had shoe booties on to protect our floor) He checked out our system thoroughly And then explained his findings. He also recommended a couple services that may help us extend the life of our system. And our yearly maintenance service fee went down from $220 to $165! Great guy, great experience.
