We needed to replace our HVAC system and Dan the comfort specialist came out, went over all our options, and answered all our questions. He gave us some quotes on systems and said he would check back with us. He was not overly pushy which was much appreciated! Dan was great to work with! We ultimately decided to go with Redding Heating and air as they had the best system at the best price with the best warranty (from the 3 companies we had come out). As for the Installers Adrian and Nick, they were also great! These guys were very polite, provided excellent service, and frankly worked their tails off getting the work done. I have had Adrian and Nick back a couple times to dial in my system and adjust airflow, etc and they are always timely, respectful, and thorough. The folks I spoke with at the office to schedule service were also friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with my new system from Redding Heating and Air and really appreciate the 5 star customer service I received throughout this process.
