  I chose ABC because they were roofing masters with certainteed shingles. They gave me a great warranty, a good price, and a full certainteed system, which is what I wanted. Not a problem with product, or installation. Great work and the roof looks amazing. Would have loved to give them 5 stars but as another reviewer has mentioned, contact with them happens when you reach out. Signed July 3rd, paid deposit, then didn’t hear anything until I reached out 6 weeks later trying to get a project start date. Would most likely go with ABC again but needed to point out the weak link in my experience.

  They did a small but important project for me—repairing the roof on my commercial building. It was a tedious job, but they handled it with professionalism and at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely look to use them again.

  ABC Roofing and Solar installed new shingles at our home and they did absolutely stellar job. From top to bottom, start to finish. Our case was a bit complicated and there was some problem solving that needed to be done. ABC was totally professional, respectful and had great communication. It’s obvious that everyone at ABC takes pride in their service. I’d like to give a special thanks to Ryan and Craig. I appreciate you all!!

  Above Board Construction was chosen because I was told that they can install solar and also replace my roof. I signed a contract in February 2024 and although the company is based in Redding, CA I was also told there was a crew on the coast where I live in Trinidad, CA. The salesman who told me this has since been fired. He also told me that the battery I needed would work as a generator. This was also incorrect and the price of my project increased significantly because of his error. The roof was installed in early August of 2024 and the solar was started sometime in October. It is December 11th, 2024 and the solar is still not done. I have had a power outage already and no power for almost 2 days. Brandon, who did the solar, is the only person who has been reliable. Communication is hideous and only happens when I call. I regret hiring this company and would not recommend them to ANYONE.

  This business has a bright future ahead. Some of the nicest people I've met and definitely the most informative in the market, especially where it counts, the warranties. Mark and Ryan treated me like family and they definitely will have my business when the time comes to replace my roof again. Thank you ABC Roofing team!
