- TKTravis KellAug 4, 20255.0When we had the very heavy rain fall on 7/24/2025 lightening struct our pump house. The lightening caused our well to stop functioning, I trouble shot down to the sub-pump controller. However I wasn't 100% sure, I contacted W.S Heitman (Brian) the following day. I explained the trouble shooting I had done, Brian gave me some advice to test one more thing and it confirmed the sub controller was bad (fried by the lightening). I contacted Brian back and confirmed the sub controller was bad, he took the time to check and see if he had the sub controller in stock. With good luck they had it in-stock and he arranged a fellow employee to meet us at their business location so I could purchase the item. I took it home and installed the new sub controller and it fixed our well system. The biggest thing is both Brian and the other employee were out on service calls and were able to make this happen by working together for our benefit. I would recommend using W.S. Heitman because of the value they bring to help people in need.

After the initial repairs we had some problems with our well and tried to get them to come out for 3 to 4 days with no response. We are going on day 5 with no water to the house or property I definitely would not recommend them.
