- CNChristine NelsonDec 15, 20252.0This rating is specifically on the project manager, Ray Colliers. When buying additional wood for a project, we stated we needed the wood by a certain date. At no time was it made clear to my 77 year old dad that he couldn’t cancel the order, which wouldn’t be an issue if the wood would have gotten here when Ray indicated it would. More clarity about all of this would have made this experience way better as we were on a time constraint. Just something to be mindful for anyone else. The store staff was great, especially Lisa, no issues working with the floor and decor staffing aside from our specific project manager, Ray.

We’re finally getting around to installing it(unfortunately life through us some road blocks) and one box that is completely sealed is all cut pieces(there were X’s on the box under the plastic wrap) One other box had a cut piece also, but we didn’t think much of it until we got to this box. I called them and they won’t do any refund for a new box. We were planning on doing the rest of the bedrooms and our cabin from them but not anymore. They just lost a customer.
