I have been calling our home repair insurance company since we moved into our home 18 years ago. It breaks down 2 or 3 times a year. No repair contractor has EVER tried to help us by spelling it out to the insurance company that it must be replaced. Rene went the extra mile and the insurance company finally agreed to replace it! I would also like to mention the 2 service tech's that came to repair the unit were both polite and respectful. The best techs that have ever came to service that piece of junk. Melissa actually made me cry because she understood the urgency of getting the unit repaired because of medical needs. She has a very calming and understanding manner. Zone A/C & Heating are simply the best I have dealt with for the last 18 years! UPDATE: Zone A/C & Heating are still the best! Called and talked to Sierra about a concern i had with my cooling. Ty came today and solved the problem. Ty, Zone Air!!!!
