  Roberto came and took great photographs and videos of the underneath of my house where we have a pipe leak. Provided a quote with several options and recommendations, he was very nice and professional.

  I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Restorez and Javier S. He is so knowledgeable, proactive, and compassionate! He has worked hard to provide the best service and has been willing to go the extra mile to make sure that this plumbing disaster may eventually be a positive experience. He has worked tirelessly me and with my insurance company. I am so happy that I chose Restorez to work on the repair of my house.

  Javier was great! He was professional, informative, and really compassionate about my situation. I sustained a leak through the ceiling in my garage from an upstairs bathroom. Javier explained the whole process to me and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. He provided same day service within a few hours And didn’t seem to mind that it was in the late evening on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend This restoration service team and Javier!

  Gil were very professional in answering our inquiries through out the process of what needs to get done. They were able to place our mind at ease to what the job would entail. I would highly recommend them when the need arises. He came in today to pick up the machine and made sure that decontamination was done and the plastic covers were removed for the next stage in the restoration process of our bathrooms/bedroom/hallway

  I was very impressed by Restorerz Emergency Services. The company came out immediately and started the water damage cleanup process. Their crew was very professional and did an amazing job from start to finish. Their crew took extra time making sure everything was covered with plastic, including all doorways, equipment and file cabinets. When the job was completed their crew spent extra time picking up and removing all debris, cleaning and vacuuming the entire area. Roberto and Javier the site managers both took the time to explain the clean up process to me and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I am unable to answer the question regarding their fees, the water damage came from the suite next to mine, billing is being taken care of by the insurance companies. I Highly Recommend The Restorerz Emergency Services.
