  I had a wonderful experience with this company and with David Chen. He arrived on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He took his time looking at our furnace and thermostat and provided excellent knowledge and information. He gave us multiple estimates which I greatly appreciate with what the minimum recommendation would be to what the highest recommendation would be. He took pictures and explained everything to me, and when he left, I felt as if every question had been answered. I would highly recommend this company and David Chen! He was polite, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. We will be scheduling work with them soon and will use them for the foreseeable future. If you want a company that truly feels like you have a family friend coming over to help you, you have found the right company! Thank you again for everything! And thank you David Chen, you are awesome!

  Jose was knowledgeable, articulate, and informative about our HVAC system and its problems. He clearly outlined a plan going forward to optimize its function and to make us more comfortable in our home. The whole process was very professional and efficient.

  They have installed and maintained my hvac for 10 years. Now that the warranty expired, I was told the annual maintenance fee would double from $200 to $400 . They also said the unit is dirty and needs a $2000 deep clean. I guess cleaning isnt part of maintenance. The staff and service until now have been 5 stars. If you fit their current business model, then I recommend . I was surprised at the sudden change and lack of loyalty benefit.

  David Chen of AirTech provided us service today. He diagnosed a rather tricky scenario (a leak from a roof vent into the A/C overflow pan) and repaired it without charge. We are very happy repeat customers. Thank you AirTech for removing one of the worries of home ownership for us!

  Had them come out to quote moving a furnace flue about a foot north east of its existing location. They told me the flue can't be relocated because it doesn't meet the horizontal run requirements of 60 deg of rise !! I pointed out that the installation instructions call for 1/4" of rise per foot which is 1.19 deg of slope not 60 deg. They respectfully declined the work I needed done but offered to sell me a new furnace that has 90+ efficiency factor and less stringent venting requirements than my "old" furnace. (My furnace is an AC pro 80% efficient furnace that was installed less than a year ago). I've never used them before but since they're just down the street from me, decided to give them a try based on the positive reviews. I'm obviously not impressed with my interaction with them, and fortunately have other bids to move the flue so no need to buy a new furnace through them :)
