- MWMary Walsh1 day ago5.0I am a renter and am grateful that Fuse coordinated appointments and estimates to repair our furnace with our landlord seamlessly from start to finish. I was able to get a diagnostic appointment right away with Martin who was very professional and explained the problem thoroughly. Unfortunately, he could not fix the problem right then since the appointment was to diagnose, not fix. The actual repair was initially to take place 6 days later. But I asked if they could put me on a wait list in case something earlier opened up and, luckily, they were able to come 2 days earlier. Martin fixed the issue quickly and, despite managing a challenging parking situation that involved carrying a ladder and his tools one city block, was professional and good-humored. Thank you!
