- MMmstraub7041 day ago5.0My old water heater tank started leaking 3 days ago, and I needed to replace it. I got a quick reply and proposal from Fuse, and chose them over a competitor whose proposals didn't match what I needed, and cost far more. That same afternoon, Fuse sent Sergei the plumber to my home, with a new Bradford White water heater - my preferred high quality brand. Sergei did an excellent job. He's a hard-working dynamo, a real pro. He replaced everything including flexible cold inlet and hot outlet lines, and the shutoff valve on the cold inlet that had started to corrode. He carefully applied sealant around the drain at the base of the tank, secured the earthquake straps and ground wire, etc. I'm delighted with my shiny new water heater.
