Unfortunately, since the company changed ownership two years ago, the level of professionalism and customer service has declined significantly. The current owner, Irwin, is completely unresponsive — he does not return calls or emails, and is essentially unreachable. Jasmine (office staff) seems more focused on deflecting concerns than addressing them. It's disappointing to see a once-reputable company fall so far in terms of reliability and accountability.
