After calling and visiting about 6 different window stores, Tanya and her team were able to find a spare part that would work temporarily and allow me to close my window. And to top it off, they didn't even charge me for it. What a godsend. I'm currently working with them to get the right parts ordered to correctly fix my window and would recommend checking them out if you need windows.
