Being under a strict timeline and running short on time to complete the roof work or the possibility of getting cut off by our insurance company was a very stressful experience that Jenny and Sam helped to mitigate. We had received quotes elsewhere which were much higher and even worse is that they could not verbalize a guarantee in getting it done by our due date, which was the main concern. With the other company it felt they were using our circumstance to capitalize whereas ONE STOP genuinely responded to our needs and empathized with our circumstance and put our worries to rest. From the initial interaction with Sam, he was knowledgeable, pleasant, and confident that the work could be done on time. We were assured and the quote was much lower than others out there. We were sold on the customer service. Jenny went above and beyond to satisfy any special requests needed including pictures to show the insurance company.
