- SZS ZeeAug 10, 20211.0Depends on the branch you get, do not go with Orange branch. Owner is Duran - avoid him like the plague! He's a scammer. He was the cheapest nickel and dimer. They said one thing, and did a lot less than they told me they would do. Then they try to nickel and dime you for basic things they should have done like removing insulation with mold on it. I would not hire them. They also don't provide a license # on their invoices. I would use Rainbow International instead. Or hire a handyman, and rent a dryer and air scrubber for a fraction of the price if the mold area is not over a certain size! Also, some things were missing from my kitchen where the Mexican guy they sent out did the work. I mistakenly left him alone there for hours. A lot of these positive reviews must be fake and paid for.
