  Matthew Mackey went over and above when he responded to our call for help with a hot water heater that was not doing its job. Matthew researched it thoroughly and figured out a cost effective solution. We appreciated his honesty and integrity, not to mention a stellar work ethic. If this fix works I’ll be telling all my neighbors about your company! Way to go, Matthew!

  100% I would recommend them for ANYTHING. I feel so slow after he showed me that it was just my thermostat being in reverse. He explained in depth what the problem was, how to repair at lowest cost and told me what to look out for after replacing it. 10/10 I recommend. I am active duty and so is my husband and we always want to hire the veteran ran companies.

  The staff came today and were extremely friendly. The installation was very professional, and Beto and Nacho did an excellent job. Even with light rain, they completed the heat pump installation efficiently and with great attention to detail. It was genuinely fun talking with them, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They cleaned up very well after the job. There were a couple of small items left, and they’ve already confirmed they’ll come back another day to take care of them since their office is far away. I would highly recommend Beto and Nacho anytime.

  Josh was very informative and friendly. He went above and beyond to find out the problem with our plumbing issues and suggested solutions for those problems. He also showed us the video feed of why our plumbing was jacked up in the first place. He also cleaned up after himself which made myself and my daughter very happy. Josh was a pleasure to meet with and instilled trust through the knowledge and sound experience he proved to have.

  We recently had the pleasure of using Veterans Heating and Air for a full HVAC system replacement with the addition of finally getting A/C in our home, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire experience, from the initial consultation to the final handshake, was exemplary. Their team was incredibly responsive right from my very first inquiry. We had numerous questions and a few concerns about the scope of the project, and they addressed every single one promptly and thoroughly. Their transparency and patience in explaining the technical details truly put our minds at ease and built immediate trust. The clear communication throughout the process made us feel informed and valued as a customer especially as we were right at the cusp of the new refrigerant being required for new installs. We also wanted to get the additional air cleaners which didn't fit into one of the closets but they came up with a great solution. When it came to the price, We were pleasantly surprised by the fair price they offered. We had received a few other quotes, and Veterans Heating and Air provided a competitive, transparent, and comprehensive estimate without any hidden fees or pressure to up-sell unnecessary services. It felt like a genuinely great value for the comprehensive system we received. The installation itself was excellent. The crew arrived exactly on time and were professional, courteous, and highly efficient. They took great care to protect our floors and belongings during the work. The attention to detail was impressive; they ensured all piping connections were sealed correctly, the new units were positioned optimally, and they even tidied up their workspace completely before leaving each day. What truly set them apart was the post-installation follow-up. They walked us through the operation of the new thermostat and system settings, ensuring we were comfortable with everything. The entire system is running perfectly, and is even more efficient than we could have imagined as that was one of our concerns with the cost of electricity. They are also incredibly quiet, we hear our neighbors (older) unit when ours is running as well.
