  I was told when I scheduled the visit that I would be contacted by the service tech once they determined the cause of the problem, and given an estimate on the cost before work was started. That did not happen. When I asked about it I was told that it was not the policy to do that and the person who took the call did not note it in the work order. Oops. I also think $300/hr is high to snake a clogged clean out, and 1 1/2 hours is too long for that simple task. As far as I know though (according to the tenant) the work done was thorough, but I am not a plumber and was not on site.

  Washing machine drain was leaking! Fernando explained what he was going to do and less than 30 minutes later, my problem was solved! He was attentive to my concerns and was very professional!

  3 cheers to Jesus and Marin Roto-Rooter!! Our kitchen drain clogged up 6 hours before our big holiday party. I called 4 places that said they were open on Sunday, July 4th. Roto-Rooter came through!!
