    I had a fantastic experience with KerRhonda when I called for help with a plumbing issue. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire conversation. Even over the phone, she walked me through each step clearly and confidently, making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine care, but she absolutely does. I’m truly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone needing plumbing support.     We always use Power Plumbing - they have been consistently excellent for the past four years. They are the only plumbers our HOA trusts to work in our building, and it's clear why. George always goes above and beyond.

    Worst company for punctuality. Our first appt was scheduled from 8-10am. Promised to be within that time frame. Called at 10am and the technician is on the way. Called at 11am and same response. Doesn’t show up until noon. Second appt request to be the first appt. Scheduled for 8-9am. Call at 8am and confirmed technician is on the way to me and we are the first appt. Call at 8:30 for an update and find out that the technician took other calls and the new estimate is 10am. I’d stay away from the place unless you are retired and can wait all day for them. 2 stars instead on 1 because at least customer service is pleasant.
