- GCGlenn ChristyNov 16, 20255.0Andrew, Momo and his team are exceptionally talented at what they do. I had over $150,000 of electronics and stereophonic equipment that had been damaged by a rat infestation. It was all high end Wilson Audio, Aesthetix, Mark Levinson, etc. Rats had nested in speakers, on top of audio components, etc. The smell and dirt was unbelievable. The Prism team came out, assessed all the equipment and did a complete inventory prior to packing up and hauling everything to their facility for cleaning and restoration. Everything was photographed & bar coded for tracking. They were able to dismantle and clean everything - even working with Wilson Audio on replacement speakers, die cut audio foam and completely dismantling the enclosures to clean, sanitize and get everything working again. They even were able to source new speaker grills and put the speakers back to original working condition. This wasn't just a dusting & cleaning but a labor of love by people who like fine audio equipment and can appreciate what was there. They've been gracious about providing pictures and updates as the process moved along and even gave me a tour of their facility once work commenced. Great people and I would not hesitate to recommend them for restoration work in the electronics.

They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and took initiative from the start.The level of customer service I received was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend reaching out to them even if you're not sure they can help you or not, they were friendly and willing to point me in the right direction. Within a short period of time they were able to sort out the issue I was experiencing and solved it for me immediately. In this day and age, where customer service seems to lack, ERS was a 10 out of 10.
