In our case it was to remove the existing gas furnace and electric AC unit and put in a new heat pump unit in the attic along with new ducts. Natalie was fantastic and guided us to qualify for the available rebates (converting to a Heat pump system). Any questions and request is best by email to both Sam and Natalie. Because they did such a great job, I am now trying to convince my family member to use Plum HVAC also when their system goes out
