The two workers arrived at 8:00 am and finished at 3:00 pm. They worked very well together and efficiently performed the job with minimal problems. I particularly liked how they asked me for my input on the routing of the flexible electrical conduit and the placement of the condensate discharge line in my garage. The project was done exactly as planned in a single day. Alex made sure my electrical breaker box can handle the added load of the new water heater without overloading the breakers. Kirill even helped me setup and program the heat pump water heater. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly, removed all debris and swept the floor. I would definitely recommend Kirill and Alex for people wanting to replace their gas water heaters with electric.

Vladimir was very knowledgeable, made the diagnostic quickly and explained the problem to me very thoroughly giving me different options and answering all my multiple questions. It was a replacement of blow motor. Vladimir did not push for consumption, so I did not feel any pressure to choose a more expensive option. The estimate was very competitive and did not contain unnecessary replacements. The work was done right away as Vladimir had the blue motor part with him. Vladimir also gave me some advice for future improvements that could potentially save us money. Excellent service, will now only reach out to this company!
