  Made the call, and Geo was sent through to repair my washer machine. He came found the problem. Gave me a price for everything and how long. Did what he said he’ll do ordered part and came back to fix it. Great price and service 😎

  I had a 1PM to 4 PM Window never showed called at 5:30 and said we’re sorry we couldn’t make it took off work early to make it home. Do better for your customers I went elsewhere . And no, I did not get paid for the four hours that I lost at work

  I called them after reading the reviews The technician was quick and professional and even cleaned the burners on my stove at no additional cost. The oven repair was reasonable and I'd recommend ZIP for appliance and plumbing repair.

  Requested a service, came in less than 24 hours, diagnosed BOTH my washer & dryer situation transparently, and very professionally. I was able to end the day with answers that I needed, and a resolution. JP was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home with his mannerism. He explained everything thoroughly, as well as answered any questions and addressed all concerns I had. I would highly recommend Zip, and getting JP as your technician!

  Great experience with this company, was able to get an appointment the same day that I called, techs Jesus and Michael were able to diagnose my problems right away and explained it clearly. 10/10 would recommend
