It took him about 10-15 minutes to assess the issue and offer options on how I would like to proceed. He took about 10-15 minutes to write the job cost. I agreed with the quote. He started the repair and finished in about a half hour. He reviewed and showed me the work and parts he installed. I was happy that he arrived on time, early in the day so that could schedule the delivery of the gas range I had ordered.

Tech that came out was courteous, quick, very knowledgeable and attentive. Got my Plumbing cleared up quick and back on track in no time while suggesting other needed work as a preventative measure and giving me the tip to use an enzyme monthly to avoid having a recurring problem. Thank you Tony's Plumbing team!!!
