  I can't thank the staff at Tony's Plumbing enough for their professionalism, timeliness, ans overall awesome customer service! When my dad's water heater went out and we went back and forth with his home warranty (what joke!), we were referred to Tony's and immediately knew we wanted them to do the job. In today's world, getting good customer service and timely responses can be challenging, but not with Tony's. They were super responsive and got the job done. I highly recommend them and will be referring others in the future!

  We had an excellent experience with this plumbing team. They came out very quickly, were professional and efficient, and truly went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did they fix our plumbing issue, but they also took the time to clean up the entire side of our house, removing cans and bottles that were in the way — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but did anyway. Their work ethic and attention to detail really stood out, and it made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We genuinely wish we had tipped them on the spot because they deserved it. Highly recommend — reliable, respectful, and hardworking from start to finish. Thanks again Khalid !

  Excellent service with the right amount of friendly and professional aspects. My sewer line was quickly unclogged and the camera revealed that my pipe was getting crushed by tree roots as I seen it for myself and it was very clear and obvious to see and understand. The plumber let me know what can be done to fix the problem, which is to run a new pipe from the house to the city main, and he proposed the best solution alternatives and their respective costs shorty after he was done. Plumbing work is not cheap as I’m sure you know, I’ve hired plumbers from bigger name companies, small contractors, and even burnt money before on unprofessional wanna-be plumbers that landed up costing me double the amount I would have spent if I just hired a professional plumber like the guy Tony’s Plumbing sent to the rescue recently. Thank you Grant! I will be needing a new sewer line work done soon, but it’s gonna take me a few months to save up and cover the cost, for now at least my sewer line is free of obstructions outside of the root crushing the old paper tar pipe and intruding roots. I’ve been having to need plumber service roughly every 6 months over the last two years and I’m sure it was caused by the tree roots that the rest of the plumbers didn’t catch, but Tony’s Plumbing Service did. I should be good until I get the new line work done. I could go to another plumber, but nah I’ve seen enough to know better. Thank God I came across Tony’s Plumbing Service in Google. I’ll make sure to leave another follow up comment once Tony’s Plumbing comes out and runs a new sewer line in a few months. Conclusion, I’ve had the highest level of satisfaction with Tony’s Plumbing Service by far compared to the other plumbers or companies I’ve worked with in the past. From the first initial phone call to the plumber coming out and taking care of business, and the follow up communication Tony’s Plumbing Service is the best hands down.

  Called this company for my grandfather plugged master sink. He has used them for issues in the past. Figured they would be fair to a repeat customer I was very wrong! They told me $89 dispatch fee that would go towards price of any work that was done that day once scope of work was determined seemed fair. Guy shows up then quickly writes up $350 fee to run his cable to clear the line plus $89 dispatch fee. $439 total. Outrageous price. Asked about senior citizen discount. Can’t do it because it’s New Year’s Day holiday so we are charging full price plus premium. Normal price for cable machine is $275. So charging premium price with no discount for repeat business or senior citizen discount. I was a plumber 2009 and running a cable was $125. This price was ridiculous. We sent him on his way with the $89 dispatch fee. I then proceeded to fix the clog with $16.72 bladder bag from Home Depot that attaches to a hose and $10 cap to cap off the other end of the drain. Now I get that I have some know how that not everyone has but that pricing is highway robbery! I strongly recommend you call other companies! Also they should have been upfront when calling for a dispatch that they were charging premium pricing for any work do to “holiday”. This wasn’t Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter, it’s New Year’s Day. Just ridiculous. Ashamed of this company. Just FYI for those that don’t know but service plumbers get paid commission that’s why they try to upsale you things when they get there. Which means he could’ve given a discount he was just being greedy with a 89 year old man. He wanted premium pay for 15 minutes of work. Shame on Tony’s plumbing. You deserve to go bankrupt for that kind of pricing. There is no way your overhead is that much that the price to cable a drain should go up to $350. I could buy the whole machine for $3k which at $350 a service is paid off in 9 services and at $275 is 11 services. Just a terribly overpriced lesson. Good luck hope these numbers help you make better choices than Tony’s!

  New Year's Eve had a backed up drain issue. Call Tony's and got a human who promptly scheduled me for a plumber that day. The plumber diagnosed the problem and offered available Solutions. The work was done quickly and efficiently and for a very fair price I felt, especially for New Year's Eve. My particular plumber was Jorge. He was prompt, professional, and respectful. I appreciated how he explained everything to me in very understandable terms and made sure to answer all my questions. He had to do some extensive work and he left my property clean and neat. Highly recommend this business, specifically Jorge although I have an idea that all of Tony's plumbers are as capable and professional.
