They told us things we should know about our system, and generously swapped out a pack of HVAC filters for the size we needed. Somehow, three single dollar bills found their way inside our duct work (!). They took a picture of the stash and handed us the bills.

Luigi and his crew did just that. The new water heater looks amazing and was installed with great care and consideration to detail. Luigi and his crew worked as a team with each member working in a coordinated manner with everyone else. Whenever I had a question, they took the time to provide me with an answer and explain why things worked in a certain manner. At the conclusion of the job Luigi took the time to make sure to reinspect everything and make sure it was in working order. I thank DeHart for sending out such an amazing crew of guys. Luigi and the entire crew are a credit to DeHart!
- SSShirley StifflerNov 11, 20255.0I decided I was due for a duct cleaning and my heating unit wasn't working, so I called DeHart to get an estimate. Carlos was here by mid-afternoon and thoroughly inspected my unit. It being almost 20 years old, I expected bad news, but Carlos went into great detail of what to expect with repair versus a new unit. It all made sense and I'm getting a new unit as well as a new water heater. Prices have gone up since my last upgrades, but so has everything else. I feel good about getting it all done now instead of later. Carlos was great!!!
- DDDebra DrakeNov 4, 20255.0My water heater quit working. I contacted DeHart Plumming. They worked around my schedule to make an appointment. Once I met Miguel, their employee, he gave me an estimate. We settled on a price. As he drove out of my driveway, I stopped him to let him know that a family member offered to fix my situation who used to work for a similar company, and this was done at the last minute. Miguel was very kind. I felt bad about ending our plan so quickly, but Miguel was very professional in his manner and not rude in any way. I see DeHart Plumming trucks around town all the time, so I know that they're busy. I would recommend this company based on Miguel's kindness, as well as his overwhelmingly generosity about giving me the option for him to drive out of town (for about an hour, or so) to get a backup heating plan to allow ol' me to have warm water in the meantime. I felt kind of humbled about that, and I declined, but WOW! What amazing business! I wiuld Highly recommend them! Miguel deserves an honor and a big, fat raise.:)
