- BRBill RebeeAug 31, 20231.0Absolute joke of a company. Represented USED product as "new" and "custom". Was told "custom" pieces were powdercoated after manufacture when in fact they were POORLY spray painted. Received uprights that were different shades of blue, clearly USED and previously mounted. After negotiating a discount due to need of product, and after final installation, sales person "forgot" to include wire cross racks, so we were forced to buy that after the fact as well. Could not recommend these guys less.
